All of our Credit Packs come with a 7-day money back guarantee, some restrictions apply, please read this policy in its entirety.

The 7-day money back guarantee normally applies ONLY to new purchases and not to renewals and subscriptions. We do not issue refunds for renewals and subscriptions. 

If you encounter any technical issues that cannot be resolved by us we will refund your money WITHIN 7 days after your purchase. Any refund requests made AFTER the 7 day period will be considered on their merit.

A refund is only issued to the same email address & account that was used originally to make the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 days.

Right to make changes

Postcodes4u has the right to make changes to this refund policy without any prior notice. We would suggest you check this policy from time to time.
